The full scooter is covered, including the electronics and battery, for 2 years from purchase.
The warranty maybe void if the scooter has been ridden in the rain, has any water ingress, has been ridden by a rider over the recommended weight of 100kg max, has been modified or serviced by anyone other than an authorised partner.
There is no warranty on all accessories.

We are happy to refund any item returned in saleable condition (unworn and not used or ridden), in its original packaging (with tags and security seals in place) with a proof of purchase within 30 days of store purchase or when you receive your online order. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation. We cannot refund delivery costs paid.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
Scooter Hub is not liable for any repairs which includes tyre punctures, disc brakes, scuffs, cable damage, reflective stickers, kick-stand, lights or electronics.
Please note that refunds will take up to 14 working days after we have received your returned item to show in your account.
We are also unable to accept returns for items purchased from a third party, personalised, embossed, engraved products, missing parts or accessories, or if the original box is not supplied with the product.
Please note, cancellations are not possible. Once an order is placed the customer must receive the order and follow the steps for a return.
